I gave it a 3 because I really love the style and tones this has compared to others.. unfortunately I haven't had luck purchasing bigger ticket items through wayfair without some sort of malfunction which is so frustrating.. wayfair has always been understanding but time after time I come back to order something just to be disappointed again.. this time we put the whole thing together just to find out the last 4 screws for the top don't fit cause the internal pieces are broken.. there's no way at this point it's coming down for a return just to put another one together.. I also wished there was a way to keep both sides of the canopy up to the top to make a bigger clearance to walk through but the way this works doesn't allow for that... Laura. The gazebo is structurally very sound, rock solid and well made. Be aware, it’s heavy and comes in 5 boxes. We spent 2 12 days building it and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It takes more than a step ladder and at least two strong backs for lifting. Overall it is worth the price tag. I hung a couple of fans and LED lights, we use it day and night!. Jennifer.
