The product itself gets 4 stars. The plastic is quite flimsy. Feel like the Sterilite brand has dropped in quality over the years. 3 star rating comes because I received a damaged and dirty item. I noticed the crack in the top drawer right out of the box, and was surprised because such a crack doesn't seem like it could happen during shipping. Then as I went to use it, I noticed spots of a mysterious brown substance in various places. This product had clearly been used before and shame on Wayfair the lack of quality control in their returns and for not selling it for an open box price or something. It's not worth the hassle or whatever cost to the environment to return it, so I cleaned it up and will just hope the crack doesn't become an issue, since this is used for storage that is infrequently accessed..
