So far love it. Only used it once. It does have a cooler spot between burners but once pan heats up completely it cooks more evenly. Not too heavy which is nice. Handles do get hot so don’t try to move until cooked or it pot holders:) Love being able to cook more pancakes, French toast, etc. at once! Very reasonably priced compared to other similar griddles. Actually, I have a question, but don't know where to address it. So, I will address it here. Even though this is a very nice griddle, I would like to know how the griddle was measured. Your measurements are noted as 20.13". When I measured it, my measurements were 18 1/2". Can someone explain the shortage in the length? Or, did I receive something other than what I ordered?
