I bought this because my mattress needed to be a little higher to be even with my nightstands. I live alone, and it looked like I might be able to deal with these folding foundations on my own. The box they were delivered in was a bit heavy and awkward to get into the house (I wish all large boxes had handles punched into them), but once I did, it was easy enough to maneuver the foundations into place under my existing mattress. Another plus is that they lift the mattress above a one inch lip around the bed's platform, making it quite a bit easier to put clean sheets on. So far, they don't make any noise and solved all the problems I was hoping to solve.. Elaine. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Sep 03 2026

Upgrade your sleep game with our heavy-duty structural bed frame! Built with premium sturdy metal construction, this box spring delivers rock-solid, long-lasting support for bed—no more sagging, sinking, or uneven mattress height troubles. Most people only focus on picking a perfect mattress, yet overlook how crucial a reliable bed base really is! Our standard metal spring frame features sleek minimalist lines that blend effortlessly with modern, rustic and classic home decor styles. Engineered for durability, stability and timeless aesthetics, this box spring is your must-have upgrade to craft a cozy, premium sleeping experience right at home!

The Upholstered Metal and Wood Box Spring has the best of both worlds: a look that polishes off your bed and the strength and durability of a bed foundation. Crafted to look good enough so that you can forgo the bed skirt, it’s made tough on the inside with a steel and plywood framework and clean on the outside with woven grey fabric paneling. A set of wooden slats over the top completes the finish and supportive design, so you can rest easy on a latex, memory foam, or spring mattress. Our favorite part is that it ships straight to your door in one slim box and only takes five simple steps to put together. All of this, plus a 5-year worry-free warranty and a more-than-affordable price tag. We can’t think of a better partner for your mattress.

This is a great low profile mattress base. Perfect for our needs. Mikal. Portland, OR. Wed Sep 02 2026
