I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. This heavy-duty canopy carport is nice and largely spacious. The assembly wasnt too complicated. The canopy material is thick and durable however the stitching should have been reinforced because a strong wind could cause ripping. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. just put it together for summer, so far it has been good, it did have missing hardware and also couple damaged panels. also encountered missing panel from the boxes, it was an inconvenience because I had my son's birthday that weekend. overall seems ike a good product will see is it stands the test of time.. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall.
