I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. This thing rocks. It shipps in 2 boxes (one is 100lbs). It shipped quick (3 days) and arrived on time. Produce wise, it was packed better than things that are 3x the cost. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. Really nice storage shed and I’m very happy with the overall quality and design. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but the only problem was that there were not enough SPG-20 screws included. They provided around 30 screws, but you really need 60 or more to complete the installation properly. I had to stop in the middle of assembly and go to a hardware store to purchase additional screws. So this is a nice shed but the reason I gave it four stars is because it was an absolute pain to put together it would be nice if all the panels were Universal and went together easily the directions were a little confusing but it seems nice and sturdy now that its all together I look forward to using it to store my decorations I would recommend this product. Exactly as I expected. Look these sheds are low cost, so I wasn't looking for something fancy. It does the job and looks decent in the driveway. I am good at putting things like this together, but if you are not one of those people this might be frustrating. There are A LOT of parts. Use a drill instead of the screwdriver that comes with it. It will save you hours. This kit has eleventy-thousand screws. You are going to want to fill the floor grid with gravel or cover it with plywood, so figure that into the cost (plywood is cheap). I had a professional install this shed and build a base for it. The doors feel really great and overall the shed looks much nicer than I expected. It also withstood two hurricanes quite nicely.
