This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. The design of the shed is what sold us! Upon delivery of the shed, we began losing our excitement. The instruction manual required someone with architectural rendering experience to understand some of the instructions. Not easy for a semi-pro to figure it out. The majority of the wood was not marked, so each piece of wood had to be measured and marked to insure the shed would be square. Some of the 2 x4's had massive curves or were split, so adjustments had to be made to insure solid construction. Wood quality seemed like C grade. It's rather sturdy, even on skids, though it could use extra 2x4s in the corners. Used for holding hay, and feed for my horses, there's about a ton of it in there, and the floor holds up well! I live in the PNW, and there have been no leaks what-so-ever! Very important in wet areas. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it! I definitely would purchase another, if needed.
