This set looks exactly like the pictures; GORGEOUS! The red is a cool, rich red and the white is an ivory tone. Each piece is glossy and rich looking. I use all my dinnerware year round; but these will also be perfect for company. I bought two sets. Wayfair customer service was excellent at working out a technical glitch to my advantage. I couldn't be happier with these sets. Later, I might buy a third set and leave int packed up to replace any that might get damaged during use.
