I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side.
