Love these shelves. Great quality as everyone says. The problem I had was the assembly. I purchased the full assembly (taking out of boxes and fully assembly and removing boxes). Wayfair partners with Angi List and unfortunately the service was problematic. First they note this is a two person job and only one person came. They couldn’t help with anything because they didn’t bring a ladder or right tools. I ended up taking the shelves out of the boxes which took about 45 mins per box because you literally have to cut the shelves out if you keep them standing up. I also hauled away all the packaging. Then I rescheduled another contractor to anchor to wall and install the ladder. Again, only one person came without a ladder. He managed to use a stool I had to anchor things and helped drill an extra hole in shelf for ladder since I needed to rearrange shelves differently and the ladder rail wouldn’t fit. Overall it all came together nicely but did not appreciate leaving the assembly to a second party that was not reliable and there was no customer service to speak to, everything was AI and very frustrating. to. This seems to be a good quality product. I thought the way it was shipped was great. They had the cushion in a bag with all of the air taken out and placed it inside the square bottom of the ottoman with the top part of the ottoman securely over it. The box was thick and I felt it was sufficient to protect everything. It took about a day for the top cushion to fully "fluff up." The material is soft and seems to be well made. We put it in our kids' playroom, so time will tell how it will hold up. I feel that the color is accurate. We were trying to match the color of a couch we already have and I think it is pretty close! I love how there is storage in each ottoman. It can fit one large blanket. The measurements were accurate which was important because again, we were trying to match the height of our current couch. This is the second Seville cabinet we have gotten and I would buy more. They are sturdy and have great directions and simple design which make them easy to assemble for 1 person. 1 issue with this 24" version is that the holes for cables in the back are too small for most of our 3 prong power cables - the hole is too small if there is even a small tip attached to end piece - many of our power cables have multiple outlets so we need to pass the male end through and they generally don't fit. The other thing to note - but definitely not of much concern to us, was that the little grey "EZ assembly" (something like that) pieces cannot just be pushed in by hand. We had to hammer them as part of the door hanging which is the only place we used them. These little grey pieces were not part of our larger cabinet - which we built first - so we kind of ignored/missed using them in other places, no doubt. Finally, our larger version of this cabinet has wheels but this one does not - wish I had noticed that earlier. If the cable holes were larger and if it had come with wheels, it would easily be a 5..
