When we opened the package we found that there was a dent to one of the corners and the doors aren’t level with one another which is a bit annoying. Received ~week ago and 5 stars so far. The Wayfair crew unpackaged the wine fridge and delivered it straight into my apt. Waited 24 hrs before plugging it in. Loaded it up a few days later and have 28 bottles in it so far. Easily fits 5 bottlesrow. Would say the capacity is closer to 40 bottles but the jury is still out. Having read several reviews describing problems with reversing the door swing, I may have discovered the cause and simple solution to fix it. It seems the internal threads on the alternate door bracket may have been painted during product manufacture. I had difficulty getting the bracket bolts started until running a 1/4-20 thread chaser into each threaded hole. Bracket bolts started and seated easily after cleaning-up the threads. The microwave that used to reside in this spot is now installed over the range. We are thrilled that this wine refridge fit as tho it was made for the spot vacated. Easy installation, is working like a charm! Well made unit. Realistically holds 18 various size bottles. Thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. So before I write a review on anything, I always like to wait a few weeks/months to actually test it out, and see if there are any kinks. First of all, it is a thing of beauty! It looks great. Pros: 1) Very classy. 2) Love the light on the inside 3) 2 different temperatures 4) Measurements were true to size 5) Comes with a key to lock it, safety for the kids, especially the drunk ones It looks just as good as the picture. Cons: 1) The largest size bottle that can fit is 12.5", anything above that will hit the glass and won't close right, causing the cool to leave. However, you can put the oversized bottles side to side, it just doesn't look right. 2) It moves a little much. So I left some room in the back, so it can breathe a little, but when I open and close the door I have to be a little sensitive because it will shift back. 3) Although I love the temperatures, the top temperature is from 54-64 degrees, and the bottom goes from 41-57 degrees, I would've liked to make that choice myself..
