I am mostly happy with this armoire. We are using this for my son who doesn’t have great closet space. It has largely accomplished what we wanted. I took off one star for the quality (it’s not bad but the closet doors don’t sit at the same height and there was a minor chip - it is particle board with veneer). I also don’t like the positioning of the hanging rod. The closet might work for little kid clothes and hangers, but it does not work well for larger clothes. My son wears youth large clothes. Some of them drag on the floor of this armoire and we have to shove the clothes back when we shut the door so that things don’t get caught in it. The bar needs to sit up further and back a tad. This fun, peacock green wardrobe is just what I needed for my small guest room that doesn't have a closet. It was originally designed as an office space, but we're using it as a guest room. Having no closet was an issue. It wasn't as easy as I thought to find a wardrobe that has a bar for clothes. Most have shelves and drawers inside. This one is nice to use as storage for linens and pillows, as well as some overflow clothes of my own. When guests come I will simply remove some things so they can have a little area for hanging clothes. I like the slim look...it's not big and bulky so was perfect in size for my space. The doors magnetically click closed and the two drawers below are roomy for additional storage. I anticipated changing out the gold hardware, but I actually like the way they look in person. The wardrobe isn't super sturdy, however. It will fit my purposes and will mostly stand as a storage piece, not opened except only once in awhile.
