Just installed next to my convection oven and it looks great! I tried the time cook and the 30 seconds warm option and it’s working perfectly. I have not tried the other options yet. It’s very easy to use. Price is a little high compared to a regular microwave. The drawer option is great for shorter people. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it was advertised as made in Italy when I was researching online. And so I bought it. The other drawer microwave I was looking to purchase has a very long wait time. When it was getting installed I saw that it is made in China. After an exhaustive search we found this perfect ZLINE microwave to put in the corner of our new kitchen next to the pantry. This is an OTR model but it can be mounted as we did. It convenient yet out of the way, not taking up counters pace. We didn't care for the microwave in a drawer, so this was the fix. The tubular handle matched other appliances. My only thought was I wished the handle matched. For some reason it's shiny chrome on a stainless trimmed front? You don't notice as it's in the corner, but we did wonder.
