I think that this playpen was an awesome investment! It's best used for animals who aren't over 2 feet tall. If they're taller than that, they'll be able to jump right out. It works wonders! We have two Boxers-a 4 month old puppy and a 3 year old that we keep in our laundry room. I love this pet pen! It is spacious and lightweight. The clear plastic pen is an excellent option for new puppies who try to escape through the slats or by climbing a regular baby gate. It is buildable so you can opt to purchase more than one and attach the sides together for a bigger play yard. The clarity provides a better view and does not close off the living space. It also can be used as a straight gate to section off part of the room. I would have given it 5 stars if it did not arrive with some broken pieces. The gate has plastic connectors that are already screwed in place in the package. 3 of my were already broken. The manufacturer should be aware that by packing the pen with the screws to hold each panel together they break in shipping. Luckily, one of the sections with a broken screw I am able to keep near my wall so it isn’t an issue. I found a box with 2 extra plastic screws I was able to replace the remaining broken pieces. Now I have no extras left. It was a little disappointing that they were broken right out of the box, however I am keeping it because I really like the unusual plastic see through concept.. Wanda.
