It’s nice! More for a kids room short like others mentioned. The photo with the side table is misleading as I thought both pieces were together. I had to order a side table hoping the color matches. Third one of these that I have purchased. I found them easy to assemble, and they have a sturdy structure - love that they are solid wood (except for the backing). Have stained all with Minwax wood finish oil-based ‘Colonial Maple’ Semi-transparent interior stain. They look great ! Though the boxes had encountered some bumps and bruises, the contents within each of my shipments remained safe from harm - I would attribute that to the solid packaging. It was easy to assemble with 2 people. You almost need 2 people once is starts to be mostly together. That pressed wood can be heavy. It has that cheap backing but it all fit together well. We were able to adjust the doors so they closed nicely and then to get the seam between the doors to be small and straight. It took almost 2 hours. Have been looking for a solution for more hanging room in my very small bedroom. I purchased 2 of these wardrobes to flank my full-size bed that sits sideways under a window. The house is very old where they used to have very small closets. I was looking for a "built-in" look and these were the perfect size! I am putting them together by myself (directions say it needs 2 people) but I was able to assemble the 1st one no problem. The wardrobe is very sturdy when assembled. I have the first one all put together and need to put the drawers and doors on the second one. I am very happy with the color! I may replace the gold knobs if I find some more whimsical ones, but this will help eliminate the 2 portable clothes racks that have graced my bedroom since I bought this old house! We received this around the 16th but decided (after seeing the 26 page book) to come back and pay a pro. Best decision ever! He was finished in 1 & 1/2 hours! (It had one deep scratch on the top but unless you're on a step stool or very tall, you won't notice), otherwise it's beautiful and the white matches our new bed perfectly! I did add a motion sensor light to each side and will probably add a few more under the shelves. (The strong smell others have mentioned was there ... until we turned our air purifier on (directly in front of the wardrobe) for several hours.) Love it! The research I did about building a van all said that you shouldn't use precut materials because they will fall apart with all the driving and bumps. This 20" black wardrobe closet with fluted glass and storage cabinet is the cutest. Assembly was on the verge of being too hard for a middle age women, but I managed without breaking anything. I LOVE this piece for displaying and keeping my vintage quilts organized.
