Purchased and installed two weeks ago. Everything working perfectly so far and cools and operates quietly. Only issue I have encountered is with leveling, as front remains higher than back. There are 2 rollers located in bottom front of refrigerator that it already sits on, so can only raise front higher with adjustment legs but not any lower. The rear of refrigerator apparently has no rollers or any feet or legs that it sits on. I think would have made more engineering sense to have the rollers located in bottom rear of refrigerator rather than next to the two adjustment legs in front.. Dtpilot. Sat Mar 29 2025

Love my new refrigerator but it would be nice to have documents that explain how to use the features this unit has like lock mode and how to replace the air and water filters. Customer service sent me a parts list that helped us figure out what an odd shaped part is, turns out it’s an ice scoop for the ice bin! So far so good…37 degrees and functioning beautifully. This side by side refrigerator/ freezer is great! Within 3 hrs of arriving & plugging it in, it was already cold enough to add things to the refrigerator side. Later that evening we added freezer stuff, we wanted to make sure nothing would thaw if we put it in to soon. Over all it's a great purchase & it arrived quickly.
