A compact, clean-lined buffet that blends classic Shaker styling with everyday storage. Finished in a subtle woodgrain, this 31.5" sideboard features a roomy top drawer and a double-door cabinet with an shelf — perfect for linens, dinnerware, media accessories, or entryway clutter. Round knobs and paneled doors add a touch of contrast and timeless appeal.

We purchased three oak cabinets to make a buffet. All came in perfect shape due to excellent packaging. Instructions are easy to follow pictures, but we found that putting hinges on panels 2 and 3, right from the start made it easier to put doors on at the end, since it’s hard to screw on when everything is put together. The trick at the end is to make sure the hinges are in closed position then place door holes over hinge, as if the door was completely closed. Then slowly open the door and the hinge will be in correct position to screw the remaining screws on door backside. Also double check that panel 5 is in correct position with locking mechanism near panel 4, otherwise you will have the holes of the mechanism on the top side of the shelf when finished and will have to use oak stickers to cover up the silver hardware. For the price, I think this is an okay piece. It definitely does not feel high end but it does look nicer than I expected. It took me 1 hour to build by myself. I had trouble getting the doors to line up correctly so they look slightly uneven. It is kind of wobbly feeling so I would not recommend for a high traffic item. For me, it will just hold serving ware so it is more for the aesthetic. It fits my area perfectly. Hopefully one day I will upgrade to a solid wood piece but this will do the job until then..
