My husband bought this shower base because he was afraid that a tiled shower base might leak in the long run. Nevertheless we purchased this Kohler shower base. It came in a crate that was half open. After installing he noticed two scratches on it. Tried calling Wayfair but could not get through because of COVID. I’m hoping that they sell some type of product that can buff out the scratches. I’m giving it a 4 star not because of Wayfair but they having shipping issues with fedex. I received my package shredded and some damage to the base. Wayfair did the right thing and shipped out a new one. This second package I received was worse than the first one!! I have never used Wayfair for larger items. They need to contact their warehouse and mandate that they package their products so that they won’t arrive e damaged. This time that I had to wait for another base has held up finishing my construction as well as having my plumber wait. I do understand that every business is suffering in some way from the work force shortages, but this is where maybe waiting one extra day would have been worth the effort of securing the package for transit..
