Very high end looking and feeling . Makes a huge statement however the trim kit was not easy to install or find a good carpenter to install & we were not aware it needed to be boxed in as the description of the product doesn't state that. Howver once everyone on the jobsite figured it out it was fine. The customer service of the company Forno itself is unmatched . As a high end luxury designer I can't say enough about how spectacular this looks . It was well worth getting it figured out infact I would buy this again in my next project ! Five stars !. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have a lot of choices since I have a very narrow opening in my cabinetry for the fridge and this fit the bill. I like the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom design. Everything is easy to reach. The French doors work well in the narrow kitchen. The unit seems to keep both the fridge and freezer sections pretty much exactly at the temperature at which they are set. All in all, I am very pleased. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the ice maker has gotten off to a slow start. At about two weeks in it is still making very small ice pellets and not in great quantity. Perhaps the installer did not properly purge the water line. I will give it more cycles and see if it improves before I call for service. Over all though, I am pleased.. One thing I did notice that can be a little problem is the pull-out deli drawer. Both doors must be open to pull out the drawer. I think this should be to separate drawers so you can open one door.
