This is a fixed-standing seam product that is modular, DIY, and hand-crafted. The framework is made out of a beautiful commercial-grade mill finish aluminum that is powder-coated and will not rust. LOVE. Great quality and they look amazing. I was quoted $6500 from a local awning company for the same "look" and for the same four windows. I paid less than a quarter for the awnings and paid $400 to a handyman who installed them in one day. I get so many compliments on these. Absolutely Fantastic ! I was searching for an awning that would fully cover a door. This one was an Excellent choice. I was not able to install immediately but when we did, we took it out of the packaging, laid it all out (to make sure everything was there) did a pre-assembly before doing the measurement's to make sure it would fit/work. Took 2 Days if you follow the instructions. Day 1 drill holes and set anchors with industrial caulking, let dry. Day 2 Installation. Definitely a Two person job because the Steel wall brackets are heavy. The final look once installed is Stunning. I would Highly Recommend this product to friends (as we already have). I even contacted the manufacturer to ask questions, they responded within a day, which gave me confidence to make the purchase. Here are Photo's of the installation.. Edward.
