Laid this with my 13 year old son, it was a breeze. Quality product, square/true so easy to connect pieces. Looks nice in the herringbone pattern we laid with the 24x12 size (tip buy some 12x12 too to minimize cuts if you use this pattern). A small # of boxes were a different shade/dye lot which was not ideal but workable if spaced out (3rd photo). Including some pre, in progress and post photos. Worried about long term longevity of the underside plastic but time will tell. Shipping was a mess. Got 2 boxes, other 11 were missing. Hours on the phone but Wayfair tracked things down ...though the rest of the order was 2 weeks or more later.
