This table showed up, and basically it is what I expected it to be. It seems to be a solid plastic surface. It is a little heavy when I fold it up and carry it. I am 65 years old, and getting it up my stairs was manageable but not easy. But then if it was lighter it would be flimsy, and this is quite solid. It does have a handle that make moving it easier. I purchased this as my project table that I can stow away when I am done, as I dont have too to leave a table up indefinitely. I am showing the legs to indicate this can be opened by one person. I have advanced arthritis in my hands, so it is pretty uncomfortable, but it can be done. Press the knobs on either side so the metal can slide, then step on the metal bar between the legs and pull your body upwards while continuing to depress the metal buttons. Love the table n the sturdiness. Only thing is when it arrived a few days ago it has a large scratch on top. The table is black so it is very noticeable. Hope Wayfair will give me some kind of refund for the large white scratch mark as I have already recommended this table to others and don't want them to be disappointed also.
