This is a lovely piece of art that just happens to be a clock. It's a good size and is wonderful to look at as you approach the top of the stairs. I hung it high because it has the light switch below it and I didn't want anyone's hands hitting it when they were looking for the switch. I like the glossy, reflective finish.
