Love this set. I took a star away due to missing parts. When putting the stools together the hardware was lose in the box. I was missing 2 washers which you need. Thank you Japan. Excellent dining set! Just what I was looking for. The stools fit under when not in use so I can put it against the wall when we dont have company. Very stable and comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble, pay attention to the measurements on the assembly parts, dont tighten corner bolts or put in cross brace screws until you have righted the chair or stool ans put a bit of pressure on it to level. Beautiful, solid piece. I get tons of compliments on it for the style and functionality it provides for my space. Only thing is, it’s not pure white as the picture appears. It definitely has an “antique white” finish with a tiny yellow tint to it. It does say that’s the color of the table but the picture made it look whiter and there were no other review pictures to go off of at the time. Really great table! Took some time to assemble but it feels sturdy and the stools are very comfortable. My only complaint was that there was a small area of damage on the shelving area (see picture).
