It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. I have ordered porch chairs from Wayfair for years. These are the first ones that arrived fully assembled. They are so well constructed with a unique sawtooth dovetail joints, and a latching mechanism for folding and unfolding.,although wooden comfortable.
