The tile is very pretty. It arrived with 6-8 broken pieces per box. Wayfair is replacing them but it has put my project on hold while we wait. The picture used on Wayfair misrepresent the product somewhat. They show what appears to be a 2x2 tile while the description says 6x6. The tile looks great but when we unboxed our 9 boxes of tile over 40 tiles were cracked during shipping. We had to get more to be able to finish our project and rent the tile saw for extra days. Tiles are different shades of off white tones-bone like. They’re very high gloss, very reflective. I used these for a kitchen backsplash, they go great with the bright white cabinets. The good... the tile. This tile is funky fun. I love it and had been waiting on it to come back in stock for weeks for a powder room renovation. The actual color of each tile has some variation and fade which gives it a ton of character and a more curated expensive look than if it were just solid gray and green. The bad... shipping. Shipping was delayed, and Wayfair gave me zero notification. On the day it was supposed to deliver, it did not. I checked my account and it still showed estimated delivery that day but had a note that said 'backordered'. I had to call customer service who told me that it was a warehouse issue and it would be another week until delivery. I had to cancel my tile installer due to the delay. When the tile arrived, the packaging was absolutely horrendous. Three boxes unsealed, and none of my five boxes had any padding on the sides of the tile (only padded on top and bottom), so the tile itself slid to the sides of the boxes and every single box had chipped and broken tiles. Two boxes almost completely broken. I called Wayfair and the rep said that he could not help me with this as it is a supplier issue. My only option is to wait for the supplier to reach out to me so that they can replace the tiles, which will take another week at a minimum. Wayfair offered apologies, but no discount or resolution other than to wait on the supplier to reach out to me.
