Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON. The dynamic lumbar support, adjustable headrest, and 3D flip-up armrests help create a more ergonomic sitting experience for home offices, computer desks, study rooms, and executive workspaces.

Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026

This chair is honestly so comfortable- I ordered it for our home office and I’m very happy with the comfort level. I did not however realize it’s a big and tall chair- I’m 5’7” so not crazy tall and it’s okay, my feet still touch but it definitely sits up higher. Overall I’m very pleased with the look and comfort level of this chair. Lauren. Mckinney, TX. Tue Apr 21 2026

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Sun Jun 21 2026

This is a quality computer chair. It is incredibly comfortable. I misplaced the English assembly instructions and still managed to fully assemble it using the pictures in the manufacturer's language. I love the high back, as I'm a dentist and have horrible ergonomics, so I need something to force me to assume proper sitting position. From work to long-term gaming, this chair is one of the most comfortable I've had.. Andriana. Columbus, OH. Thu Oct 01 2026
