We’ve had our recliners (and coordinating couch) for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier. It came at just the right time too! Recliner came quickly. All other recliners would take weeks to months to receive. So I chose this one, got here in days. Suggest having someone there to accept packages, it came in 3 boxes - not on the same day. One box which was "extremely" heavy & I could not lift by myself. Suggest setting up delivery time with FedEx. It took my friend only 10min to assemble. It is a perfect size for me. I am a 5'6" female with "extremely" long legs. The foot rest is extended & fits my legs that are the same length as my 6'2" brother's. Where my feet rest on the "extension" portion and it does not cut me off at the ankles (with my feet dangling & unsupported as most other recliners do). Looks nice & is sturdy, the massage feature is amazing, the heat feature is warm not hot like you may envision. The motorized features are extremely helpful and offer a plethora of positions. I slept in it last night! I have a back injury currently and it is helping already. The cell charger is a great added bonus. I would not say it a "Tall Man" Recliner. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions.
