This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this drain for a new bathroom remodel to add to a custom sized shower. I am very happy with the quality and look of it. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Towel Bar is beautiful; however, I made the wrong choice. I am using the Drea line in brushed gold and I needed a smaller bar, which is not available. Due to the fact this is rounded the brushed gold is appears slightly different in appearance. It is a visual illusion. I also measured wrong and will be returning the Lentz and ordering the Lexia. I called Signature Hardware when I first opened the box. They pointed out my size mistake, and also followed up regarding why it appeared slightly different from the flat Drea Brushed Gold. The shower drain trim's matte black finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck.
