Still waiting on the chairs for this table. The base is heavy and the wood is excellent quality. I wish the tabletop were about an inch thicker, as it is quite thin with a very thick/dense base which throws off the aesthetics a bit. Some key pieces in the base have slowly come apart after assembling. Even after using a set torque setting, it came apart and makes a tremendous amount of noise. This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. The 60" table IS huge - so make sure you have enough room for it, and that whatever area rug you get, allows for chairs to be pulled out for seating.
