The shed is the right size for my backyard. I am able to keep my raised bed tools and supplies protected from the elements. I am concerned with instances of leaks. The shed has stood up to our encounter with Ian with minimal issues. The instruction were a bit lacking in critical detail, especially when instructed to assemble the frame then having to disassemble select parts of the frame to install the sides and roof. I was able to put this shed together in a day all by myself (age 59). I admit that I did have to check a utube video when I did the roof but once I saw that I was able to get it finished and it is a beautiful shed and waterproof. It made it through a VT winter!. It's a deceptively strong/rigid shed. The picture instructions and online video build sequence made it pretty easy to follow along when paying close attention. All parts are labelled accurately so you can lay them out initially to ensure that you have all pieces. Mine came missing a single wall panel, but it didn't prevent me from putting the rest of the kit together. I'm pretty pleased with it. The internal dimensions are pretty close to 5x3 and that enabled me to use two large shelf systems inside for storage. I made a base floor using pressure treated plywood (5.5x3.5), 4 lengths of treated lumber (2x4), elevated on two 4x4 lengths of ground contact lumber. The holes lined up around 95% of the time and I used a drill to insert the short screws that came with the kit while being careful not to strip the holes. I'm satisfied with the results. Shaun. Love this little shed! Sturdy and fits exactly in the spot I wanted it on my back porch area. Added 2 pieces of wood for shelves. Has slots for up to 3 shelves, but I opted for more floor space based on the items I needed to store in my shed. It took my husband and I about 1.5 hours to put it together. Read the instructions and spread everything out first to make sure it’s all there and that you know where things go before you start putting it together. It will go much smoother!
