This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. This 40.56" wide recliner is purpose-built for seniors, featuring a premium dual-motor system that smoothly adjusts from upright to a full 180° flat position, ideal for reading, watching TV, or post-surgery recovery. Dual retractable armrest cup holders keep drinks and essentials within reach, while side pockets offer quick access to glasses and remotes. It ships in one box to minimize shipping damage, and dual remotes (for position and functions) make operation simple with just one button—even for those less familiar with technology.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. The lifting mechanism gently rises unlike my last chair which felt like it threw you out like an ejection seat in an airplane. The material is very nice and durable. Vibrating and heat are just a bonus. I pray it holds up. Will update if anything changes. Jennifer. Greensboro, NC. Sat Apr 18 2026

Recliner was easily assembled, and has been a comfortable addition to my den. However, almost exactly at the one-year mark, the electric motors are failing. The ‘massage’ feature has devolved into an annoying buzzing which now provides feeble vibration. The lift feature is slowly fading. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty, which I highly recommend you do!. David. Thu Oct 29 2026

Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026
