This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Time will tell how this guy holds up! Assembly was a little bit of a pain, do note that you have to take tons of screws OUT upon unpacking. I though I had missing pieces. The shipping box makes it almost impossible to repack once you unpack it, so make sure you want it! Some of the panels were bent, but upon installing I realized it didn't matter, the frame aligns them and it's virtually unnoticeable. Other than that, the item feels really well made and sturdy once all together. It isn't meant to be water proof, only water resistant. It's very nice looking, and the light color is beautiful. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. Mixed feelings about this storage box. Plus side is that is nice looking and it is a perfect size for storing all my patio cushions. It took 1.75 hr to assemble but would have been quicker with an extra pair of hands. It says it is strong enough for an adult to sit on, but no way would I let someone do that because it just doesn’t have the strength of buildmaterial to not sag with a 160 lb person resting on it.
