At the same time, there’s enough space for two people to sit without feeling tight. Since it’s an acrylic bathtub, it’s not too heavy to set up, and the surface doesn’t feel cold when you get in. It also keeps the water warm for a good amount of time. The whirlpool system moves the water gently. It’s not too strong, just enough to help your body loosen up. You can let it run while you sit back. There’s also a built-in heater, so the water stays warm without needing to adjust it again and again. Controls are kept simple. You won’t need to figure out anything complicated. Everything responds quickly, so you can set things the way you like without interrupting your time. There’s also soft lighting inside the tub. It’s subtle, but it changes the feel of the whole space, especially in the evening. It’s the kind of detail you notice once you’re already in the water. With an 82-gallon capacity, the depth feels right for a proper soak. The double-ended design and EVA pillows make it comfortable from either side, so both users get the same support. Absolutely unacceptable quality. The only reason why I didn’t return it’s because i built the bathroom with this item in mind. One side of the frame has to be built after moving tub in place because pump and blower frame sticks out a bit over the tub lips. Tub frame is cheap 1 by 1” tubing held in place with some cheap self tapping screws from hardware store, they didn’t even bother to use one kind of screws. When tested it, the pump switch didn’t work, had to buy another one. Spot welds what can i say, i can do e better job and I am not even a welder. This looks like was made in someone’s garage. Instruction manual looks like someone just typed it in Word and printed it on a home printer. Front cover is supposed to stay in place with 4 magnets, it slides down since magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the cover in place, at least could have used neodymium magnets How can you possibly sell such a product for $2600 and feel proud about your Family Owned Business of 30+ years.
