We are sprucing up the yard on one side of our garage. The garage wall and window area were so bare and boring. These shutters were the perfect answer. We love the dark blue color, as it accentuates the turquoise Adirondack chairs that sit beneath the window. The shutters are super light weight. It takes two people to measure and hold the shutters for installation. Two of the plastic screws broke when installing next to the window ( center screws), as this is where the actual window frame sits beneath the stucco. Not a problem. The shutters are so light weight, they really don't need all 6 screws to keep them up on the stucco wall. I cut the cap off of the broken screws and glued them over the screw hole.
