Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The Monaco’s main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen to conceal the mechanical door lock system. It opens outward, facilitating an easy entrance/exit. The door uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock to provide you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. The Monaco comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Monaco has 15 strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief: 9 upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The hot/cold lever controls the temperature and the third lever diverts water between the mounted faucet and hand shower. It has a fill rate of 18 GPM, based on plumbing conditions. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it.
