Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. In terms of Pros: - when set to HI/BOOST, water comes to a boil incredibly quickly - stove top dials, with each increase in temperature, from 1-10 have a defined click in place - the stove top warns me if a burner is left on without a pan in place - extra wifi feature - control lock - rubber gaskets are provided and straddle range and countertop to help keep my kitchen clean and give it a cohesive look - easy clean is a feature my previous oven did not have, as well, the self clean option is beneficial as well Cons: - it was not immediately obvious that the packaging plastic that wrapped around the stained steel along where the oven vent is was possible was intended to be removed. It was very difficult to peel off, and pieces remained stuck in some spots - when setting the timer, you need to remember to push start (other stove didnt need thst step) - air fryer basket does not fit under stove drawer, and drawer not as deep as on previous stove - old range had more options for pot size placement (ie. offering an inner small and outer large on back and front burners) - this range does not have a 5th element used for keeping sauces or gravies warm.. The no-preheat air frying feature is a huge time saver, and the two larger front burners make cooking with bigger pots and pans incredibly convenient. It feels thoughtfully designed for people who cook often. One of my favorite features is the bread proofing mode — it works amazingly well for fermentation and even yogurt making. That said, I do wish the oven light had an auto shut-off timer after a few minutes, as that would have been a helpful addition. I also have used heavy cast iron pans and hexclad cookware on this stove and they have not made a scratch on the glass this shows the stovetop is pretty scratch resistant and be that way for a long time.. For someone who does not prefer to cook all the time, I have found myself using this oven more with all its cool features. While preparing meals I have found the heating selection to be consistent, which is ideal for baking. It also heats up quickly, making every day meal prep fast on a busy schedule. The air fryer max setting has done a great job making my food crispy. With this feature alone, I find myself using it over my old air fryer. I love the three burner option that allows me to cook multiple items at once using different pot sizes. The SmartThings App is a nice feature with this oven. It allows me to preheat the oven remotely and set timers right from my phone. These first few weeks using the oven I have prepared an assortment of breakfast items, baked chicken and roasted vegetables for dinner, and even baked a cake. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand.
