Ordering the shed was easy, as always with Wayfair. Shipping the package and getting it on my property was not. It took a month to the day to receive the shed, following at least 6 calls to Wayfair. It went through a 3rd party shipper, so I understand when there’s more parties involved, more can go awry. Once that snafu was ironed out, the delivery guys were great! I was home when they arrived and they put the 800lb package exactly where is asked with a smile on their face. Everything looks intact. Wayfair could iron out the delivery process when using a 3rd party shipper with larger packages. I’ll let you know how the shed looks when I build it next weekend.. Craig. The Shed is really nice, but some parts were bent, looks like someone had open the box and put everything back, the package of the screws looks like someone had opened it before and put it back. I was so very pleased when I started looking at the brochure directions! They are well done and easy to understand. I build this Factor 8x6ft shed by myself and I am a 60+ female. It is like putting together a puzzle...much fun. I split my puzzle time into two afternoons, followed directions and took my time. It turned out great! The only part when you need 2 people is to attach the roof panels. Most important is to build a level base. I did that with 12"x12" pavers. Honestly, that was the most difficult part of the project. Everything else went very smoothly. The shed is a perfect size for all your garden tools or could be a great playhouse if little children were around! p.s. I was impressed with the door lock/latch because unlike other sheds I had looked at, it is secured within the wall panels of the door so you can add a lock if needed.. Cecile.
