Really nice storage shed and I’m very happy with the overall quality and design. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but the only problem was that there were not enough SPG-20 screws included. They provided around 30 screws, but you really need 60 or more to complete the installation properly. I had to stop in the middle of assembly and go to a hardware store to purchase additional screws. The 10 ft. W X 8 ft. D Avondale Storage Shed from Handy Home products is a great solution for your backyard storage needs! Extra-wide double doors measure 54" wide. The doors are pre-assembled and pre-hung and comes with complete system. The shed doors come with a durable, rust-resistant swivel hasp and galvanized steel hinges. Hinges are continuous from top to bottom to prevent sagging. Smartside siding is treated to prevent fungal decay and insect infestation.

The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. The frame beams are twisted and crooked, overall it is a poor quality kit. The instructions are easy, however the quality of the wood is very poor. I thought I was getting a good deal but I was not.. The shed is fine (although note it will take you 8+ hours to pull all the plastic wrapping off the pieces when you get it!!!). However, we had a bunch of issues with the installers. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Great shed, just what we needed at a good price. We took our time and assembled it over two and a half days with mostly one person. I am so impressed with the quality of this shed. I was concerned about assembling it, but it was so easy! The parts fit together perfectly and the system was designed to snap together with panel locks. It is study and attractive. The windows in the doors and on the side keep it light and bright inside. The beige blends right into the woods behind our house. The black roof is tough and good looking. The double doors open wide and we will be able to put our large wood chipper inside for the winter. We shopped around and compared, but found Wayfair the best for the Patiowell 8 x 8 resin shed. Ordering was a little confusing. Had to get in the chat. The description/photos were mismatched with the 8 x 6 shed. The chat agent assured me that I was ordering the right one even though the sheds were flipped. The delivery driver had a little difficulty because some of the boxes were heavy, even asking if someone in the house could help him. He did get all 6 boxes without any issues, but the Florida heat wasn't pleasant for him and his delivery. We are very excited to put the shed together and enjoy the extra storage.. Debra. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. It is pretty good value for the price I’m happy enough with the delivery and quality of the product I think the directions could be a little bit more clear as to the steps in the process and have the pictures are angled i.e. Label this is the front or the back or the side.
