I researched this tree and many others for about a month before I made my purchase. I already have a 9 foot Martha Stewart tree with snow and pine cones which I love, but I wanted a lot of colored lights and something a little shorter this year. The 7.5 Princton Fur had everything I was looking for. Upon arrival the box for the 7 5 Princton Fur was torn in several places so it's going to take some good tape to hold it together once the tree is reboxed. Once out of the box, this tree looks very sparse in that there are lots if gaps between the branches, which is a little upsetting, at first. I had already read about this in previous reviews, so I was prepared. Once I started fluffing the branches, the tree really began to shape up nicely. The Power Connect makes lighting the sections a breeze, and with 1000 lights, the tree looks gorgeous. I'm going slow with fluffing it out. I'm only 3/4 of the wsy finished, and it already looks so pretty. The pictures, above, show 3 different non-flashing light settings: colored, pastel, and white. The lights do flash if you set it to do so. Changing the lights is super easy. You just step on the red bottom for each setting. Also in the puctures, the tree that is only partially fluffed, as I mentioned, about 3/4 of the way from bottom to top. Now imagine tbis tree being fully fluffed with ornaments. Wow!
For me, this tree was expensive, even on sale, but I love it. I have no regrets! I will share my experience thus far:
Pros
Full,
power connect.
1000 white or colored lights,
real feel tips
Cons
Poor quality box
Needs a lot of fluffing
A couple bare spots-lights (unequal distribution of lights in one small spot)
This is BIG- If you try to slide the tree to a different spot, the stand legs that support the tree collapse together. So, it will take two people and extra care to keep the legs open during the move. I had to call out for help because the stand was folding in on itself as I tried sliding the tree to another spot.
These are important things to know, but they don't take away from the beauty of the tree.. Sherry. DEVINE, TX. 2021-09-14 11:47:03
