I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. This arrived in great shape as described. Looks great. Per earlier reviews we added extra light in room. My only critique is that unless you have it on a switched circuit the blue standby light will always be on.
