I purchased as I was having knee and hip pain from side sleeping. This is helpful, but I don’t use it every night. It did fluff up quickly, but I find it’s pretty stiff which means it’s very supportive but it makes it harder to move around.. Kay. Mon Sep 28 2026

Side sleeping with a body pillow has long been praised by doctors as the healthiest sleep position with a multitude of benefits ranging from improved alignment to pain relief. Body pillows provide support by improving alignment, evenly distributing weight, and removing pressure from pain points in your body, allowing for muscle relaxation, sciatica pain relief, and reduced back pain. Restorative sleep is the key to our overall health. Body pillows conform to the contours of your body, allowing for spine and pelvic alignment, helping you fall asleep faster, and eliminating restlessness. Sleeping on your back increases your likelihood of snoring. Side sleeping with a body pillow lifts the upper body and reduces airway compression, decreasing snoring, sleep apnea, and acid reflux. I absolutely love this headboard pillow. The comfort is top notch. It’s perfect for reading in bed or nursing my baby. It stays in place and fits my double bed perfectly. The material is soft and looks expensive. It came squashed so give it a couple days to fluff up. The color is gorgeous, but beware that it looks very very different depending on the temperature of the light in the room. With a little white light, it has the prettiest color, like a purple top. In more yellow light, it looks more beige top. I’m so thrilled that I didn’t get a headboard And went for this instead.. Esther. Brooklyn, NY. Sun Feb 08 2026
