This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. Good for the price, cushions could be more cushiony but thats an endless scale so no complaints. Assembled relatively quickly and the ideal fold out mechanism where the weight bearing is in no question, cant snap up and convert you into a pancake like a bad spring loaded mechanism or murphy bed. Only think I would say is unless you have already bought million dollar molds make the bed part at least 5'10', because in the west a 5'6" will just not be sufficient, because more often than not your friend or person sleeping over is definitely above that height. Would cost your probably maybe 10-20 extra dollars on the manufacturing and next to nothing on material, would sell it probably significantly more because once you cross that threshold of 5'8" it goes from small sofa kind of a bed to small sofa but a full almost Full size bed.. The product is good, just not aesthetically great. It’s truly aesthetics only. The delivery drivers assembled it for me and the Serta cushions create a firm but comfortable loveseat /full bed. The “trundle” below the seat slides out allowing the 3rd section of bed to be accessed. I’m not a fan of the fabric loops, and tuck them into the closed trundle. Please consider re-engineering this to increase the aesthetics. Based on my desire for the best experience of my guest, I ordered high end full size sheets. I was surprised that the size of the convertible bed is smaller than a full size mattress. The bed is large enough,… and the “few inches off” isn’t a huge deal, just an annoyance. The boulce fabric I chose may not wear well. I hope I’m wrong. If the fabrics and colors were all available, I would have chosen the smooth leather like fabrics in a dark color. The loveseat sofa is as pictured in the online site. I is a firm but very comfortable and the double bed works easily, offers a full or half bed and is very easy to manipulate. And the assembly team of two for this product was very skilled, affable respectful and efficient. Once I saw the assembly in progress, I am very glad that Wayfair offers this service. It would have taken me most of half a day, assuming I could complete the process at all. They were well prepaired and the total time was a total of just about 90 minutes. Great product and great service. Again, as in another review, I wish Wayfair would offer a take away service for the packaging for large and medium items. Otherwise I have to spend a good deal of time with a box cutter so the packaging will fit into the required Recycle bin for the Wednesday pickup. A local mattress store did this for me which included the old bed, headboard, base frame and the new bed packaging. And they provided this with no fee! This couch fit our needs nicely. The sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but will still work for what I need. It will need a mattress topper to make it comfortable for longer stays but I feel most sofa beds do so that’s not really an issue for us. It was very easy to put together had no issues. The cushions did fluff up a bit after a few days and are ok but the back cushions could us a bit more stuffing to make it more comfortable, so I will probably purchase some to add to it. So far so good! I do like the color….a blue denim. The size is perfect for my park model trailer home. They demonstrated how to open and close. I’ve had sleepers so I just wanted to make sure there was no problem. It came with two throw pillows that don’t fit my color scheme but they will make nice gifts. LOL. Had our first guest last night and this convertible sofa worked perfectly. We did add a memory foam topper because we like our guests to feel cozy.
