Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. Perfect couch, color and price. It’s the perfect size 89” long. Comfy, cozy, easy to put together, instructions easy. The material is also really nice.
