We love the room so far, now that is up. Assembly was a pain due to the unclear directions,unmarked parts,missing parts and damaged parts. Actual pictures of the parts and assembly would go a long way. I'm skilled at assembling stuff like this and with my sons had to disassemble things a few times before we got things so they appear to be correct. There were some filler panels that they sent too many of one and 1 short of another. I made it work. One roof rail was badly bent and twisted even though there was no real damage to packaging. Have realistic expectations when you buy one of these. I was quoted almost 30k for a 3 season room. I didn't think I was getting the same quality so I'm not disappointed with it. . John. I waited until the sun room was finally completed before writing this review. Thanks to all the previous reviewers… your reviews really help prep me for the installation process so my anxiety levels were not so high. Yes the instructions were written by someone who probably never put up or seen anyone else install one of these…nevertheless it took two professional pros one and a half days to install… mainly because it was like building it from scratch with many pieces packed in about six different boxes… I was amazed to see the pieces transformed into a AWESOME SUN ROOM….love love….So to sum all up don’t attempt on your own leave the installation to the pros and don’t stress…not to say that they did not have any problems with the instructions or installation but at least they could figure out the alternatives if need be… I am very happy with this SunRoom it’s like having a extra add on bonus room … I will enjoy….. If you know how to build things and are super handy, go for it. GazeboPenguin’s customer service is nice and gets right back to you with assistance. The included instructions are very close to useless in most parts. I would recommend emailing them for the more detailed slightly less confusing video instructions. A lot of pieces were mislabeled and missing drill holes. The structure itself seems sturdy and nice enough which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. Ordering the shed was easy, as always with Wayfair. Shipping the package and getting it on my property was not. It took a month to the day to receive the shed, following at least 6 calls to Wayfair. It went through a 3rd party shipper, so I understand when there’s more parties involved, more can go awry. Once that snafu was ironed out, the delivery guys were great! I was home when they arrived and they put the 800lb package exactly where is asked with a smile on their face. Everything looks intact. Wayfair could iron out the delivery process when using a 3rd party shipper with larger packages. I’ll let you know how the shed looks when I build it next weekend.. Craig. Update: the gazebo is fairly easy to put together, but pay attention to the directions closely. It’s easy to put some parts on backwards and not realize it until later. For example, on the half wall sides, at the top point near the roof, there is a metal piece connecting the two beams. Make sure the two little holes are facing inward (they are for the roof). The material is manufactured wood that is rather soft. It doesn’t feel like trex boards. The boards are lighter than trex. It does take multiple people to put together. I would recommend at least 3-4 people, although the directions call for 5. The sides are put together and then tilted up. It is heavy and bulky. You need people to hold them upright while you attach the main support beams on the sides. After that, you only need 2 people. Oh and this would make a perfect live nativity scene setup at Christmas. I didn’t know what to expect regarding a wayfair delivery of a big and bulky item. This was by far the best delivery experience I’ve had. I received text messages from the warehouse with pictures, so I knew how the gazebo was coming. I could customize the day and time. It came on a pallet. Mine was delivered in a storm without any issues. They even carried it to the back of the yard, having to take it off the pallet jack for that. The pieces are very heavy duty.
