The shed looks great. Personal aesthetic-wise, it’s got a ton of appeal. It was mostly straightforward to assemble, save for some metal on metal screws in the roof supports. I’ve had a Suncast in the past, and this feels like a major improvement in 2 ways 1) I didn’t skimp on the foundation this time. We did the whole slab thing and the shed squared up perfectly on top of it. 2) the resin walls have a metal support that runs up the center it gives it a very sturdy feel.. Darren. I was so very pleased when I started looking at the brochure directions! They are well done and easy to understand. I build this Factor 8x6ft shed by myself and I am a 60+ female. It is like putting together a puzzle...much fun. I split my puzzle time into two afternoons, followed directions and took my time. It turned out great! The only part when you need 2 people is to attach the roof panels. Most important is to build a level base. I did that with 12"x12" pavers. Honestly, that was the most difficult part of the project. Everything else went very smoothly. The shed is a perfect size for all your garden tools or could be a great playhouse if little children were around! p.s. I was impressed with the door lock/latch because unlike other sheds I had looked at, it is secured within the wall panels of the door so you can add a lock if needed.. Cecile. Very nice shed! Spacious interior, modern look exterior. Second one I purchased. They hold up very well. First one, a friend and I took an afternoon to build.
