Delivery service was good. I did not choose assembly service as it costs $500 at the time of my purchase (used to be $110 before). My husband and I managed to bring it inside using towels and tools on the floor (slided in). Assembly was super easy. Used books to leverage one side to flip the table to set up properly. Then, I found scratches at one corner and crack in another side of table top. It appears that it was dropped at packing process. I checked packing box (wood part inside of box) and it misses protection part at that corner. I am worried of the crack and plan to call Wayfair customer service. After that, I will update my review further. I called customer service and was able to talk to a representative immediately. The representative saw the pictures I uploaded and provided partial refund on the item as I chose to do so.
