8 x 12 Pergola

Create a more comfortable outdoor space with the Mirador 111S louvered pergola. The adjustable roof lets you control sunlight, shade, while the integrated drainage system helps channel rainwater through the posts. Built with a durable aluminum frame and steel louvers, it combines lasting performance with a clean, modern design for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! I hired a local company to assemble it ( my neighbor again), took 3 men about 7 hours. Notice my neighbor’s Wayfair pergola in the background, with curtains).. David. San Antonio, TX.
