I purchased two of these sheds. I am pleased with the outcome. The instructions to put it together were horrible, time consuming, and most frustrating. Love this little shed! Sturdy and fits exactly in the spot I wanted it on my back porch area. Added 2 pieces of wood for shelves. Has slots for up to 3 shelves, but I opted for more floor space based on the items I needed to store in my shed. It took my husband and I about 1.5 hours to put it together. Read the instructions and spread everything out first to make sure it’s all there and that you know where things go before you start putting it together. It will go much smoother! What a difference this shed made. It is quite sturdy, well made and looks great. When putting it together, I missed a step (a bar that is supposed to be attached to the underside of the lid at the front edge), but it seems to work fine without it. Since that would have added weight that would make opening the lid a little harder for me, I chose to leave it off. As far as difficulty in assembling ... on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most difficult, I would rate it at about a 4. The description of the shed includes shelves however, this does not come with shelves which is why I took away one of the stars. It does seem pretty flimsy but once put together, it holds together well. I did make a base with 2x4 and secured the metal Fran to it. Then I used concrete stakes to hold it into the ground because the winds where I live are really strong. I plan to reinforce the inside with wood to make it more structurally sound and although the roof is screwed on secure, I want to figure out a way to reinforce it from the wind. I’m using this as a chicken coop which is why I chose this 5x4 so this one does give a bit more room. Overall the shed is ok but do plan to add a bit of money to make it more solid.. Kodi.
