Vanity arrived very well packaged. It is much better quality than similarly sized vanities at the big box stores in all of the materials used for construction. No flimsy side or back panels! The soft closed hinges on the doors and rails for the roll-outs and drawers are of excellent quality. The cabinet looks as nice from the inside as it does on the outside. The top shelf is not adjustable it is fixed. Really tall items will not fit in the roll out below, but items shorter than 9.25” will. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble. I love my vanity! It is beautiful and high quality. The process went very smoothly until delivery. I paid extra to have it delivered into my bathroom, but when it got here, the delivery men said they couldn’t do that even though I paid extra to Wayfair to specifically have this done! FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair. What a nice door and to think the customer support man helped me find it! All I can say is that it arrived quickly and is the perfect replacement for my old basement door which was letting the draft in during this past cold weather and it really was freezing here in Oklahoma! First, these doors are nice and solid. A little on the heavy side, so I am glad I wasnt installing these on my own. They are primed to a gloss so have to be sanded before painting, which is a little annoying, but it is what it is. They are not pre-hung, so you will not get any frame panels with them and as a result, the hinges dont sit recessed. When I read no hardware, I understood no hinges, handles, etc. which I was fine with as I had my own, but no frames would have been an issue if I didnt have the ones from the doors that didnt show up from the previous order that was cancelled (different vendor). They were delivered super quick which I appreciated and packed well. They did have some cosmetic issues that were from the factory (not FedEx), but not enough for me to go through the hassle to send them back. It was like each door had at least one nick in it!
